Caller should call back later in the day
The provincial COVID-19 vaccine booking system will be operational again after maintenance on Monday (April 12th) morning.
One person who tried to book at Fraser Health said they couldn’t book through the website or by phone before 8 a.m.
BC currently enrolls people aged 60 and over for the vaccine. Once a person is registered, they will be informed when they are eligible for a vaccine and can book online or by phone.
The province said there were problems with night maintenance, which continued to bleed into the morning, but that the problem was resolved by 10 a.m.
