Bartlett Tree Experts acquires Reid’s Tree Care

BEDFORD HILLS, NY – SavATree has named two new regional vice presidents and has acquired Clear Cut Tree and Lawn Care of Monroe, Connecticut.

Clear Cut Tree was founded in 2007 and has been providing comprehensive tree care services to the region ever since. Clear-Cut Tree owners Dan and Meghan Riccio will be staying to ensure a seamless transition. Arborist Mike Frangione and the Clear Cut team of specialists will remain to serve the community. Customers now have access to an expanded range of professional tree, shrub and lawn care services, including a selection of biological treatment options.

Mike Schoeni and Guy Gunther have been named regional vice presidents.

Schoeni is a 30 year veteran from SavATree and came shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Forest and Soil Sciences. Previously, he was a District Manager, Branch Manager and ISA Certified Arborist at SavATree. In his new role as Regional Vice President, he will oversee the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions and focus on customer service, sales and operations.

Gunther comes to SavATree from the communications industry. He has extensive experience entering new markets and an MBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of Chicago. As Regional Vice President he will support the West and Midwest regions, markets in which he has lived and worked for years. Gunther’s background and education will contribute to further geographic growth.
